Who leads this work
Murray Parker — Head of Social Purpose
Murray leads Harding Private’s Social Purpose practice, working with not-for-profits and charities to strengthen governance, build operational capability and position organisations for sustainable growth.
Murray brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across ANZ Bank, EnergyAustralia, Royal Bank of Scotland and IBM, with deep expertise in transformation, governance and risk.
His approach delivers real impact. At DV Safe Phone (a national charity), Murray implemented governance, regulatory, and reporting frameworks that accelerated the charity’s growth, introducing operational targets and new measures to track impact, positioning the charity strongly for future funding and partnership discussions.
